Together, we'll delve into the root causes of your challenges, whether they stem from past traumas, current stressors, or unresolved emotions. Through a combination of evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic approaches, we'll work collaboratively to identify patterns, set goals, and develop coping strategies to help you navigate life's ups and downs with greater ease and resilience. 

Trauma lives in the body. As a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga facilitator, I incorporate gentle awareness practices to help you regulate your nervous system and feel safe in your skin again.

EMDR therapy is designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain. Research supports positive outcomes that help disorders like addiction, depression, OCD, anxiety and other distressing life experiences. EMDR is widely considered one of the best treatments for post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), according to the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA).

I'm happy to speak with you more about EMDR and answer any questions you have about it.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy does not require talking in detail about your traumas or require homework. It is a process that helps the brain heal naturally.

These sessions provide a unique opportunity for participants to gain insights, perspective, and feedback from others facing similar challenges. Whether you're struggling with issues related to relationships, eating disorders, grief and loss, or managing stress and anxiety, group therapy offers a sense of community, connection, and belonging that can be incredibly healing and empowering. 

Group therapy offers a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals with similar concerns or shared experiences to come together, share their stories, and support one another's healing and growth.

Organization and Corporate consultation and trainings are available on trauma, nervous system regulation, stress management, self care and help with implementation of trauma-informed policies and procedures in the workplace.

Clinical consultation provides licensed therapists an opportunity to engage in meaningful clinical conversation in session with a seasoned therapist to process feelings, enhance skills, explore specialties and receive guidance on best practices to provide the best clinical care there is to offer to your clients.
